“In my opinion, this hotel is especially well-suited for families planning to visit nearby theme parks, featuring an outdoor pool, hot tub, and game room for entertainment; its proximity to upcoming attractions is a definite plus. Though some initial maintenance snags have been reported, I think the comfortable rooms and dedicated shuttle service to Universal parks still make it a worthwhile option. It seems the staff are very kind.”
